MEN SPEAK: "It's OK to heal" Auckland
Hearing personal stories of change is one of the most potent medicines to inspire a shift in perspectives within your own personal story. Stone Thrower Health and Fitness is excited to bring this event to Auckland for the first time.
This goal of this interactive event is to raise awareness and solutions around men's mental health. It is designed to share and explore simple tools and ideas for mental well-being and how men might apply those tools to their unique lives and experiences.
Rā and Stone answer the following questions and reflect on their personal journeys of self awareness, self acceptance and self love.
- What does it mean to 'do the work'?
- What is self healing?
- How do you manage your mental and spiritual well-being?
This event is open for men and women to attend. (Some of the kōrero/ideas/stories may not be appropriate for children under 16)
